Mr Ivo Damaso , OK President of Engadin Skimarathon was Worldloppet representative for inspection at Vasaloppet China 2014. Mr. Damaso is an experienced skier with many marathons behind him with good results. his performance in Vasaloppet China was of good grade, 37th place, we can only congratulate the accomplishment. His primary task was to judge whether the organizer of the competition completed the race in accordance with the standards of both the FIS and Worldloppet calls for becoming a full member of the Worldloppet. Also do a review available of Chungchun and Jingyuetan Park as a suitable place for such an arrangement. His comment regarding the course was that it was quite challenging well groomed . He was very impressed by the beautiful snow sculptures that both are on the ski stadium and especially in Snow City where the track passed . Upon completion after the event he gave his views on the organizers work and the opportunity to become a member, we keep our fingers crossed for a YES at 14th of June.
