Changchun Jingyuetan National Forest Park was established in 1934. The tourism resources are rich, and the ecological environment is superior within the park. In 1988, it was approved as National Key Scenic Spot by the State Council. In 1989, it was approved as National Forest Park by the Ministry of forestry; and in 2000, it was approved as National 4A Grade Tourism Scenic Spot and Demonstration Spot of National Civilized Scenery Tourism Region. The scenic spot has passed ISO9002 national quality management system and ISO14001 environment management system certificate.
Changchun Jingyuetan National Forest Park locates in the southeast of Changchun City, Jilin Province, covering an area

of over hundred square kilometers. The deep pool is green and transparent, the forest sea is luxuriant, and great ridge is vertical and horizontal within the scenic spot.

Jingyuetan locates at the transitional belts from the foot of Changbai Mountain to the western prairie. The relief appears in the shape of low hills. There are 119 peaks crossing three plantage such as Changbai Mountain, Inner Mongolia, and North China. The forest coverage is up to over 80%, and the biological resources are rich and diversified. The continuous Fluctuant Mountains form valleys in length and breadth and surround a pool of green water in the shape of moon.?

The ecological vision of the largest artificial forest in Asia and surrounding mountains, water and forest appears as a long roll of baffling seasons of Jingyuetan.
